You will receive your order within 2-5 business days, excluding holidays. We will email your tracking number once your hair has been shipped. If it is a special order, or hair that is not in stock, please allow 5-10 business days.
WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?
Co-washing, also known as conditioner washing, is a way to clean the hair without the use of shampoo. Washing your hair with conditioner, or co -washing, is often considered very good for curly hair. Co- washing consists of cleansing the hair with a MOISTURIZING conditioner.
CAN MY HAIR BE COLORED/DYED?
YES, you can color our hair. Our hair is 100% virgin hair and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well. However, it will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to color your virgin hair.
WHAT ARE GOOD PRODUCTS TO USE?
Treat your extensions as if they are your own and use good quality products. A few good products are Herbal Essence, Tre'semme, Pantene, One & Only and Organix. Try to stay away from products with Sulfate and Alcohol Ingredients.
